About Safe & Serene Core
Safe & Serene Core is an organization empowering and creating awareness to institutions on how to keep children’s safety and safeguarding of vulnerable adults a priority by protecting them from all kinds of abuses, signs of abuses, the impact of these abuses, and how to report them.
We achieve this by instilling a culture of awareness, communication, and responsible action. Our experienced expert coaches work with individuals, leadership, groups, and teams to develop critical skills for identifying and addressing potential hazards and unsafe behaviors that may impact children and vulnerable persons.
Our approach includes:
- Life-coaching and training on child protection and safeguarding of vulnerable persons to develop problem-solving skills and address safety concerns independently;
- Developing a risk matrix so as to know where a risk is likely to occur, and methods of mitigation to use to avoid the risk is also an important aspect;
- Guiding institutions in creating a child protection and vulnerable persons safeguarding manual which is to be implemented through training and sensitization.
